Zane | He/Him | 1997Hi, i'm Zane, but you can call me Radio! I'm an character artist and animator! I draw humans, animals, and any creature in bewteen! I went to college for Computer Animation! I use Paint Tool SAI and ToonBoom Harmony to make all of my work at the moment.The best way to contact me is through DMs (business only).My art is typically inspired by 2000s-2010s emo/scene culture as well as internet culture from that time period as well. I like rainbows and sparkles mixed with "edgy" flair. I easily switch from childhood whimsy to angsty teen dramatics. The art styles and tropes of early Deviantart, Tumblr, and Youtube have shaped a lot of the way I am! COMMISSION INFO

Please make sure to read my Terms of Service before commissioning me. Commissioning me means you agree to my Terms of Service, and rule-breaking will get you blocked, so please take a look!Commissions will be listed from most to least expensive!My art style is very flexible. While I do tend to draw consistently most of the time there may be some discrepancies between pieces. If you want your commission done a very specific way I've drawn before feel free to show me previous pieces I have done so I have a reference! You are also free to ask about experimental styles that I draw in that aren't pictured in my example lists here.

REFERENCE SHEETS
Ref sheet prices are entirely based on how much you want on your sheet. (Ex: number of body views, unique poses or reused/flipped images, extra headshots, outfits, chibis, detail close ups, etc etc)They can be as cheap as $45 for a single view or they can go up to over $100, so feel free to ask for a quote or mention a budget if you have any!Ref sheets will usually be slightly less stylized (so, less over the top cartoony anatomy) . This is to ensure that its clear to whoever may view it, and that the focus is on the actual design itself. If you would like a more stylized ref sheet feel free to let me know!

MISC EXAMPLESAs mentioned before, my style can be very flexible and it would be impractical to try to label and catagorize every style change. Here's some examples of what my art can look like upon request. Prices vary, but are usually around the same price as their respective "tier" EX: A fullbody in the first images style is more or less the same as a regular fullbody commission. Though some may be cheaper, like the 5th example.

(Reposting art you got from me is fine.)- Don't edit my artwork unless its a commission you purchased or art of a character you own.- What you CAN use as icons/ banners/ roleplay accounts/ etc: artwork you commissioned + Art of a character you own (no credit needed), and Fan Art (credit required, Fan Art can only be used for icons/banners please don't just repost them online or use them in edits).- What you CAN'T use as icons/ banners/ roleplay accounts/ etc: My original work (ex: my characters), Commissioned art that does not belong to you.Adoptable/Design Rules

- I only accept USD payments through Paypal, Cashapp, or Ko-Fi- Refunds are not available after the artwork has been started. If you cancel your commission you will not be refunded. However, if I am the one canceling your commission for any reason then I will of course refund you in that case! But here is a list of things that I will pretty much always turn down:- Nazi imagery and political ideologies in general, and racist or homophobic topics/caricatures.- I am open to drawing suggestive art or pin-ups, however I currently do not take full on NSFW commissions involving straight up sex or genitalia unless you are a friend/person I know. For suggestive commissions I am open to drawing most things however I will not draw suggestive/fetish content involving minors/underage characters, quadrupedal animals, siblings, or non-consensual acts. I won't draw unsanitary things either.

- I take Payment via Paypal, Cashapp, or Ko-Fi- Holds are ok as long as you provide a non-refundable down payment. Payment Plans are ok as long as you fully understand that you will not be refunded any money if You cancel the order. Anything you have paid will be kept as compensation for wasting my time and potentially driving away actual serious buyers. Holds and Payment Plans should ideally not exceed one month but this can be discussed further. If you back out at any point during the bidding chain please reply to the previous bidder telling them so they know they are the current highest offer again. Chargebacking will result in permanent blacklisting.GENERAL DISCLAIMERS:- You cannot place your own TOS over my designs. Your personal rules do not overwrite mine. For clarification this means you may not create your own rules/terms of service on designs created by me. Owners of my designs are only asked to follow my terms of service as the creator and rules/terms placed by a third party are not valid. Example: you cannot force trade backs or co-owns on my designs and I will not help you with disputes over things like that.- Once a design leaves my ownership, I am not responsible for anything the creator does with it. You may edit the original image I drew of the design but please keep a copy of the original image I made somewhere in the gallery. Also no NSFW edits to my art please. Please do not Split any of my designs whatsoever. If splitting is something you desperately need for some reason, then ask me about it. I will typically only allow a split if the design is actually drastic enough to be its own separate design unrecognizable from the original.- DELETION OFF TOYHOUSE: Please keep my designs on toyhouse if they're already here and refrain from deleting them or reuploading them, it makes proof of ownership muddy. If you do not have a toyhouse account I can easily get you a code! This isn't a hard mandatory rule or blacklistable offense, but be aware that I am not responsible if a design gets stolen due to you deleting the profile off toyhouse and someone else reuploading it and crediting me. In that same vein please also know I will not handle any kind of co-ownership disputes between owners. I'd prefer a character to only have one verified profile if co-owned. If you for some reason really don't want to own the character anymore and having it on your account distresses you then I suggest gifting it to someone or you may donate it back to me rather than deleting it, its just an option.- COMMERCIAL USE: You can use my designs in your stories / projects / commission fursuits of them / make merch of them etc etc etc I typically do not charge fees for this. I just ask that you do not make merch out of the artwork that I drew specifically unless we discuss some kind of royalties/commercial fee for that specific art.
- While I don't charge any mandatory fees for commercial use i Would appreciate some kind of tip if you plan to use my design purely for profit like a fursuit adopt or mass produced plushies or something. But i wont ask for it. Also, i would love to see what you do with them if you put them in your projects :D- OPEN/CLOSED SPECIES OF MY DESIGNS: I make a lot of designs that are just random creatures and are not part of any open/closed species. Please don't take these designs and turn them into a closed or open species! (Turning them into a species for your personal OC lore/ story/world is fine! Just not any kind of adoptable community species, if that makes sense). Please don't make breedables/next gen/fusions of my designs either.- RESALE/TRADING OF MY DESIGNS: I cannot nor do I plan to monitor how people sell/trade/giveaway my designs. However, You know how much you character is really worth, and I would hope you do not intentionally scalp people for your own benefit. Just be honest with yourself please (especially if you own an older design from when I used to sell them for like $5 lol)- CHARACTER REVOCATION: I do not revoke characters no matter how much I may dislike someone. The ONLY time an oc will go under my ownership again is if you file a chargeback, because you are taking back your money and therefor undoing the sale. That's it.- NSFW POLICY: NSFW Artwork of my adoptables/designs is allowed if you own them! Please do not draw unsolicited NSFW of characters that I own though.
